My name is Katelin Wangberg. I’m a news producer at KIRO 7 News in Seattle, Washington.

I’m an emmy-nominated news producer experienced with analyzing audience demographics & communicating key station goals to increase & retain high-value target audience.

I manage & coordinate news teams, strategize daily & monthly goals, write daily news promotions.

My job involves creating efficient, cross-platform media campaigns.

Before Seattle I worked as a morning news producer at KATU News in Portland, Oregon and at WRDW News in Augusta, Georgia.

I have a master of journalism degree at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Prior to grad school I spent two years teaching English at a middle school in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China.
