College Park City Council unanimously approved a letter to County Council Vice Chairman Tom Dernoga in support of Water Quality Resources and Grading Code County Bill, CB-80-2010.

This bill would create more strict regulations of storm water management in Prince George’s County than is currently required by the state.

“The counties, like Prince George’s County, have to come up with a permit or legislation related to a permit that defines how storm water is regulated in the local jurisdiction,” College Park Mayor Andrew Fellows said.
